    Step 1

    The Mission

    Participants are walked through the 3 Missions critical to success in any individual or team and discover how to turn procrastination into progression by activating their willpower and the willpower of others. After this step they'll be able to identify where the conflict or resistance is in any of the 3 Missions and what it is they want to achieve.

    Step 2

    The Mindset

    We talk about Mindset all the time, but does anybody actually know what it is, how to change it and how it relates to the Missions?
    In this step participants discover where energy comes from and how to use it effectively in themselves and generate it in others so they'll never need motivation again.

    Step 3

    The Moves

    Successful leaders today require a well-balanced skill set, yet few have a skill set for their mindset and that of their teams. The iNSP!RE program is the foundational understanding of a person's mindset, their willpower, wellbeing and the moves necessary to shift struggle and stress into success.

    Beliefs Systems

    Our belief systems frame our experience and are responsible for how we engage in the world either acting as borders or bridges to achievement. Participants learn an essential skill set to change and integrate new healthy belief systems that change their life and the lives of their talent and team.

    We know you'd still have questions, so that's why we prepared this section just for you.

    Does my team need any previous coaching experience?

    No previous coaching experience is required to attend. The iNSP!RE event is designed for all levels of leadership training and development. Any previous experience will only add value to the training.

    How many participants can attend?

    Online up to 24 Participants may attend to ensure individual attention and manageable breakout rooms.  During a Live in-person event we prefer to keep the groups small limiting to 10 participants as the exercises are layered. Multiple events can also run simultaneously with 2 or more Program Directors. 

    What is provided for the participants?

    All participants are provided with their own 21+ page LifePrintOS Personal Performance Profile and behavior analytics, take-away guides for quick reference, a deep understanding of behavior and beliefs and how to become more flexible when approaching challenges.  All transformational tools for the exercises will be provided by the Program Director.

    How long is the event or training?

    The event may be run in one 2 hour session and can also be extended after a short break for another 2 hours for deeper contextual exploration, exercises and change patterns to integrate and implement. 
    The iNSP!RE event may also be paired with our follow on High Performance ACT!VATE Program for either group or 1-on-1 facilitation.

    Can I take the training by myself?

    The training is designed to be a group and team experience however may be customized for the individual coach, leader or trainer, depending on what personal outcomes want to be achieved. Please contact us directly so we may better clarify and cater to your specific needs.

    What comes after the event?

    We always start with a pilot program first and measure feedback.  When the initial event is a success their are 2 pathways to move forward with.  1: Work with our Program Directors in a 1-on-1 talent performance and development experience.

    2: Train your team to become Program Directors and coaches in our ACT!VATE Training program.
